This is the Madonna before her nose job. Thank God she did it, she looked much better a couple of years later
She did not have a nose job! She has the same exact nose, it's just the angle of the pictures that makes it look more pointy in these.
Nose job? It's the same perfect, thin, flared nostriled nose she has had since 1958.

Nose job? I don't think so.And I agree with you Cocamia and Pud: there have been many amazing incarnations of Madonna, but none as sexy, alluring, and interesting as the sassy little street urchin.
