Love that film, classic M look, precurser to Blond Ambition in many ways.
rl - i love this film, too. really, imo - she was better in this than dick tracy and thank god the director left all her musical number completely intact unlike jaded egomaniac warren beatty who felt the need to do montages during madonnas big musical numbers. unfortunate because she was the biggest star and it really could have been a monroe moment ala gentlemen prefer blondes. xo
Bloodhounds of Broadway. I should bust out that DVD and watch it.
Yes this is just GORGEOUS! My friend won this original on eBay a couple of weeks back!I gotta say this "Melissa's Box" period over the last short while has been the most exciting and enthralling for me in a long time.

I really liked the film too. Randy Quaid was hilarious! Matt Damon and Jennifer Grey were great. Madonna was really comfortable and very funny. She kind of retooled her Who's That Girl character and really nailed it. However, why oh why isn't she blonde in it? The brunette look just doesn't work for this gold digger character for some reason. Still a fun movie. I wonder if it will be rediscovered in a few years...
i agree jc. coca - extraordinary. xojamesy - dying!!! did you see it?angel - do it!
