When I went to New York last year, I couldn't wait to go on the Staten Island ferry. I had the PDP video in my mind the whole time. Along with DSS when I was at Battery Park.
This video is actually when I fell hook, line and sinker for Madonna.
I had started to take notice of her when I saw photos of her in London filming Shanghai Surprise a few months earlier and then moreso again when "Live To Tell" came out.
But looking at this photo I can still feel what I felt when I first saw this video - I was MESMERISED!
madonna-tv - that's exactly what happened to me. Her voice had me captivated. It was amazing on Papa Don't Preach. I really hadn't taken too much notice before then. After that I was hooked and I'm still hooked today.
rl - m-tv, sergio, glasgow, tony, mb - ive been working on pdp forever. its worked on, saved, etc. i dont want to build it up because i feel the more i focus, the less it is. it speaks for itself. simplicity and utility! less is more. xoooxoxoxo

Absolutely flawless, I still get goose bumps when I see Papa Don't Preach. Only one word can describe her - ICON!
