Madonna asked Mugler to design the clothes for the Human Nature video. Apparently (according to Madonna in Vogue magazine back in 1996) Mugler didn't like the fact that she had aligned herself with other designers including Versace so took the hump. She ended up getting the clothes from fetish stores in Manhattan and that was that. A shame, as I think Mugler would have worked really well in the video.
