Actor Sean Penn and his wife, singer Madonna, are quizzed by a pair of New York City police officers on the city's West Side Sunday following a confrontation with a news photographer who said Penn kicked at the side of his car denying it. The incident took place after Penn spotted New York Post photographer Paul Adao photographing the couple through his car window.
