Rare Pic from Out Magazine

Here's another rare Richard Corman shot. Never seen this one. This is from the shoot he did for a shelved New York Cinderella-like story they were pitching for a film of Madonna's rise. The Burning Up video was shot around this time line.

  1. This is one of my favorites out of the bunch! And it does seem the Burning Up video was filmed around this time period (Same hair and makeup). She's said that Borderline was her first video, but I always questioned that. Ha ha!

  3. I love that there's a video to Burning Up. It's just the greatest song.

I'm also loving the Out portfolio. Was she involved at all? Great pictures. She's the Queen. Always has been always will be.

  6. This is my favorite of the bunch. It's so awesome to see her being a 'star in the making'. She would repeate this flawless facial pose for many of her future photo sessions. She knew her good angles even back then!

  9. rl, the best shot was easily the one of her drinking out of a can with a straw. that was perfection.
