    A fan from Miami made that shirt for her. He gave it to Guy Oseary who gave it to Madonna.

    @angellovef you missed one thing,the fan did give the t-shirt to Guy but he did this after Madonna saw this fan wearing it and told Guy to get it for her,thats how the story goes.
