  1. Great photos. Very Pat Benatar. It's interesting how quickly she changed her style/look only a year later, almost like a completely different person.

  3. BRUNETTE AMBITION MORE LIKE IT! I love this ROCK RAW MADONNA. So sexy! so tough!
M really was part of the Music scene. the nitty griddy part. worked her ass hard to get where shes is and still does it! That to me always signified her status as the QOL, QOU, QOE!! TO: the critics back then and and the new comers. DONT QUESTION HER! she is the LEGIT REAL DEAL!
SHES THE QUEEN OF EVERYTHING! QOL!!

  4. M was more a part of the Art, Punk new wave scene at the time. It wasn't until the Gotham deal that they started trying to put her in the mix with Pat Benatar (who I love as well). But M and Steven had their own thing goin on!

  5. Actually that's not Mike Monahan in those pictures, that's Brian Symmes. Mike actually played in the breakfast club and in Emanon. Also the pictures in black-and-white are mostly the band which would be later called the Gotham Productions band and that date was under the name Madonna. The bass player in the black-and-white picture later became the bass player for Cindy Lauper.
