  1. Decided not to listen to any more. I know I'm going to love it. Can't wait to get it on a loop.

  2. It's the end of my life as I know it.

These samples made most songs even better, and a few are now more intriguing to me, particularly Love Spent (which I thought would be more atmospheric and sparse), I'm Addicted (which sounded like a club in Berlin was collapsing in sound and now sounds strange but more in control) and Turn Up The Radio, which I thought would sound more like Hello but gives me a strong Ray of Light vibe, at least at the beginning.

    Living for I'm a Sinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1. well, i think its better for people to put their own emotions into the songs - because others words can sometimes affect it. i can tell you what stands out to me. LOVE SPENT! I'M ADDICTED! GIRL GONE WILD! FALLING FREE! BEAUTIFUL KILLER!

    2. To that list I must add Turn Up the Radio (Ray of Light) and I'm a Sinner.

I'm a Sinner is deliriously fun and melodically there. I might be cray, but I think it's the hidden hit on the album. A late favorite.

  4. If I had the album now, I would listen to, turn up the radio, and best friend, over and over again. Rolling stone gave a good review of 3.5/5. I think the album has to grow on the me.

  11. YES I agree. It does feel ahead of its time. Whilst sonically it has a current produciton no one and only Madonna can have pulled off it's mood.

The snippets did none of the songs justice, IMO.

And lyrically apart from GMAYL and Superstar, this is a deep and diverse record. Happy, sad and comtemplative and ANGRY.

    RAW.

THIS is what I call sticky and sweet.

  12. And where I disliked Superstar upon first listen passing it off as fodder... I feel it is needed. It is the turning point in the album from Solveig's driven intensity to Orbit's mellow introverted swagger. It is that transition of sorts.

Now whether or not I Fucked Up could have done the same and better job... I am not so sure but it's fluffy upbeat mood gives the album a little diversity aswell.

    1. Nice points... I do feel, for the same reasons, that B-Day song might've been better than Superstar. It's less obvious in that it sounds more B-52s and less Katy Perry.

I fucked up and beautiful killer are awesome but nice as bonus tracks. Otherwise, please suggest where they might fit well!!
