    2. Read my spoiler. She uses backing vocals of Born This Way towards the end of her EY performance as it goes to just drums and vox then Madonna goes into, 'She's Not Me' over and over.

      Just wait. Will be fantastic!

  5. I'm getting worry about that supposed "huge surprise". I just pray it doesn't have ANYTHING to do with a mix "Born This Way" or something. please please please no!

    1. Yup. She will perform Express Yourself then it will just be drums and Madonna singing and in the background you will hear Lady Gaga's awful backing vocals from Born This Way.

The good thing? Then Madonna goes into singing: She's not me over and over.

Can't wait for the controversy! hahaha.

  6. I can't wait! Take a Bow and Masterpiece sum up Madonna at this late date! Her art show will never be over as far as I'm concerned. I've been an awestruck admirer and fan of M.L. Ciccone since Live to Tell-may she never stop!

  9. I just hope she performs the oldies the way they really are, not just like some smash-up shit or rock version a la "bordeline" from "Stinky and Shit Tour".

    1. Tell me about it.

The way she re-invented Erotica on Confessions was an abomination, wasn't it?

    2. I wasnt talking about CT. Read it again, i dont want the same shit she did with her oldies on the "Sticky and Sweet".

    3. And some dont want the same shit she did to her oldies, like Erotica, on the "Confessions" tour.

Some people liked the shit she did on both of those tours, was the point.

    4. There's an article linked on huffington post saying her taking the top spot was a business move due to her including the album with the purchase of concert tickets. It also states non jovial and another artist have used the same loop hole. Album sales are album sales like it or not. The reason for the drop is that ticket sales have now dried up thus no more, or at least not as many album sales, to report. Bottom line she tied the album into the price of concert tickets which of course sold out and it skyrotted MDNA to the top spot. Giving her yet again another #1 and piquing interest in the album and the tour. Smart move, albeit not totally honest.

    5. With all due respect Tony. Erotica/You Thrill Me from the CT was fucking amazing.

    6. With all due respect, Lager, yes it was. Maar doesn't seem to think so as he doesn't want old hits ruined by updated sounds, the way Wrotica got re-worked :)

And Lady Gaga sold her last CD for 99 cents. How is that okay? People had to pay $400 for a concert ticket and got a CD. lol. BIG difference.

    7. Nothing wrong with it at all Tony. I was just trying to explain the "sudden drop" in album sales. It was all because tour tickets had sold out. It will keep on riding high once the tour kicks off.

    8. I don't think it will. She has been doing tours after her album comes out the past 2-3 albums and it didn't help sales at all.

She needs to do a couple performances on TV. Like American Idol or something. I don't watch those shows, but most of America does and it would really help sell her record.

The tour will not boost sales at all. By the time she starts her tour in the US, the album will be out of the top 100. That is MONTHS away.

  10. OMG MDNA slipped to number 8 on the charts. All the blogs are saying that it is the biggest slip on the charts in history. Even Lionel Richie is still in the top 5.

What happen? I totally though this was going to slay on the charts for a while.

Oh well, she already proved herself many, many times before. She needs to release another single quick!

    1. Sorry for the above comment. I was trying to reply to you. Damn smart phone. And damn autocorrect. I meant to type BON JOVI as the artist that used the same sales maneuver as Madonna with the tour/album sales. Look for the article on huffington post.

    2. OMG Madonna already debuted at #1 so who the fuck cares? OMG Madonna didnt sell her album for 99 cents the way Gaga did.

      OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    3. LOLz, tony, LOLz...

and stupid argument when you think about madonna including it in the purchase of her concert tickets, and that counting in the chart, and also the multiple editions (itunes presale, regular, deluxe lalala) of MDNA out there for superfans to eat up.

      Delete
    4. Nobody forces anyone to buy multiple copies or different editions.

Fact of the matter: The album was not offered for 99 cents. More like $400 a copy, dipshit.

      Delete
    5. it sounds nice when you say it was offered at $400 a copy but you obviously know that the drawcard was the concert ticket and the album was just a tacked-on bonus. please tell me you recognise this was a ploy? and of course nobody forces anyone to buy multiple editions but when you entice hardcore fans with something just a bit interesting or different enough across different editions they will buy it.

anyway, just admit that both camps played the chart game and stop trying to arm-wrestle me like some little bitch.

    6. Of course it was a ploy, but what did people get for paying $400 for a concert? There was no ploy there. She is selling out her tour with high prices. People want to see her. She is in demand which means she is current and popular.

Try having Gaga go on the road, same venues and same ticket prices as madonna and see how she sells. :)

    7. the ploy being that concert ticket buyers are given an album that they didn't particularly ask for or didn't lead them to the point of sale, yet this giveaway counts as a sale for the album and towards her chart position. its canny but borders on the unethical. Madonna tour sales are sure-fire but number one album debuts are not anymore. if I must explain.

and no I won't try that scenario because m is in another league and gaga isn't in that realm. I think you have me confused with that small group of gaga fans who are out to destroy Madonna. I'm not one of them and i think for myself, so get off my back.

    8. If I must explain, Lady Gaga's terrible, 'Born This Way' album sold over a million copies it's first week as it was sold for 99 cents on amazon.com.

Talk about unethical, yet you are implying that adding an OPTION to concert sales for a CD, to be included in the price (only if you opt, you werent forced to get a CD) of a ticket is bordering on unethical?

Sorry, but once again, you are completely out of the loop and delusional.
