Can this really be 13 years ago? I remember at the time thinking her hair was a mess but she actually looks fabulous. Also love the Ellen/Anne Heche footage "See you there guys!"
Not as thick as you are. And she lived in London surrounded by americans, and how curious that Lola, who is a child, has no british accent yet Madonna, a middle age woman has one.
The truth is that the accent was fake and obvious, is what she needed with the Lady Dick in the English Manor schtick she had going on.
just to jump in here for a second, at the time this video was taken, Madonna had not been living in England for 10 years. whether it's fake or not, who cares.

How bizarre. One of the things I don't think she's does all that well: presenting awards. Too awkward.
