Madonna: "Borderline" Superman Earring Debut



Madonna's 1984 video for Borderline sported a Superman earring, and here in the 1983 photo by Richard Corman, we see it's real debut.

The final appearance of the earring was taken on September 25, 1984 with Rosanna Arquette at a party at Private Eyes nightclub to celebrate the film “The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai” starring Peter Weller.

    The last photo is not from a 1985 DSS screening. That photo was taken on September 25, 1984 at a party at Private Eyes nightclub to celebrate the film “The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai” starring Peter Weller.
