  1. This is offtopic but I don't know where else to discuss this, but do you think Madonna should get a twitter?? I think she should because she needs to connect with people, I mean she has a platry 5 million fans on facebook, compared to Lady Gaga's 40 million, and she isn't even on twitter. I think she should be, if anything to save face.

  5. @Pud how dare you. I don't want to talk to Madonna and twitter is not to talk with celebrities. Madonna used to be a pioneer and owned first spot in everything under the sun, and now she is second to Gaga in everything?? Stop being dellusional.

For the record I LOATHE GAGA with all my being, but pretending that Madonna doesn't need to keep up is ridiculous, she's totally slagging and so passé it's heartwrenching.

  9. So sad, I liked your blog it's despicable that you would treat someone like this just because I have a different opinion.

  12. I love looking at this picture thinking about the fact that LIKE A PRAYER was just around the corner and no-one really knew it at that particular point except of course the woman in the photo there and a bunch of others around her.

According to video producer Sharon Oreck's book - just 3 weeks roughly after this photo, they were casting for the LAP video at her offices in LA!!!

  15. this pre-prayer look always reminded me of the designer Romeo Gigli. I wonder if she was wearing any of the RG??? I love colors and it defiantly influenced her prayer period.
I was feeling the 60s feel in romantic way back then too. PATCHOULI anyone?

Poor Ramon! why don't you start yr own blog? that would solve a lot.

I like that we M fans are starting to eliminate the CACA mentions even when we are dying to call her out on the BS, only gives her more PR as she's nothing without an M comparison or M rip off! NADA with M! NADA!!

  16. I support Ramon, I also think Madonna should have a twitter account from her Team, her manager has one? I still get myspace blog updates about her Vitacoco venture or whatever. Madonna looks so sad in that picture. to be on top of the world "charts" back then for as long as she was, and not to have One person to have support you 100% penn to much ego..were thy both Leos?

  17. Like a Prayer her most amazing album after her first divorce. Now that she has had a second divorce it will be interesting to see the new music that she makes.

P.S. Madonna does not need twitter at all because she is already the biggest star in the universe and does not have to say silly things on twitter to remain the queen of pop.

    Long live the Queen.

  18. Eminem has the most fans on facebook and Justin Bieber the most viewed videos on youtube and for sure it's not Eminem or Bieber or Gaga that talk to their fans but their team and i find it kinda hypocritical letting your fans to believe that YOU are the one who talk to them.

  19. Most of you are so fucking stupid. Mark my words, when Madonna finally gets a twitter, and she will, all of you are going to go running to get a twitter account and follow her like the imbecile, spineless motherfuckers you all are.

    Except for Madonnaphile.

  20. Of course i will follow M on Twitter if she's going to have an account someday, even if i don't use my Twitter account. I'm not saying that M doesn't need a Twitter account or not, but definetely the stars on social networks don't use their accounts on their own, but their assistants.

  21. They'd just had a big row before this event. M said it herself. As for M on Twitter - totally pointless! For what reason? She'd never have time to read all the tweets. GuyO doesn't now! You might get lucky if you answer one of his straight after he posts! Madonna is Madonna and not friggin fake Gaga. Madonna retains some
air of mystery and that's why she's so alluring. Fans who want her on Twitter just want to satisfy their ego by thinking they've personally connected if they were to get a reply! If anyone wants a technical robot follow Gaga. If you want a human being follow Madonna. At least Madonna knows who she is & isn't living suspended by fact and fantasy. Gaga's out there in cyberspace somewhere. I hope she gets lost!!

  22. @Darolome you are definitely thick and stupid. I'm not saying that Madonna should get a twitter to interact with fans, we all know Madonna isn't fond of her fans and she doesn't look out for ways to interact with them, and she has NEVER interacted with her fans on Facebook or MySpace.

All I'm saying is that Twitter is the new social networking site that is eclipsing facebook and myspace, and when it comes to music it's becoming really popular, it would be stupid for Madonna to not tap into twitter.

Material Girl clothesline as well as Hard Candy Fitness, already have twitter accounts and they use it to market themselves, so your whole imbecile notion that twitter is somehow beneath Madonna and she shouldn't have one, is precisely that, imbecile.

I am so glad I am an objective Madonna fan and not a fucking moron like most of you are.

    1. I'm no moron believe me! Anyone who believes Caca's 40m followers are genuine is! In fact it's now known thx to twitters investigations , that millions of her so-called folliwers accounts are fake or duplicate. No surprise there. Madonna is now on twitter and Instagram tho she only uses twitter to advertise IG posts. She also doesn't read comments on the whole, just as I predicted . Her followers are rising all the time ! Satisfied!

  23. @madonna-tv.com

back on topic. YES. I remember seeing a photo from this in People Magazine saying that the new Madonna album LAP was coming soon! I was so damn excited! I miss the days of not knowing everything.

  24. I agree with Ramon! Madonna should definitely be on Twitter!! I could care less if it's really her or her assistant tweeting, as long as she is somehow staying connected with her fans on a more personal level. Social networking sites are a smart way for artists to build a bigger fan base while keeping the ones they have! Madonna's going to have to keep up with the age of the internet social world and change with the times or unfortunately, she'll be left behind...=(

  27. I had heard Madonna was at this premiere but had never seen a picture of it, thanks for sharing this, she looks very typically dressed for the era, which seems so unlike Madonna back then. It is kinda strange to see her wearing clothes that most women were wearing back then.
