  1. I like love spent just alone. I don't care for her version of like a virgin. btw, has anyone seen how fat lady gaga has gotten??

  2. As a balled Love Spent is devastatingly sad.

I also think the performance of Like a Virgin is one of her most stunning. A comment on getting older/loss of youth? That's how I took it.

I do hate the crappy phone footage though. I want the DVD in my Christmas stocking.

  3. I saw the Lady Gaga photos. She a right funny looking girl.

She reminds me of Isabella Blow. Do you know her famous quote?

"If you're beautiful you don't need clothes. If you're ugly like me, you're like a house with no foundations; you need something to build you up."

I think that about sums it up.

  4. Now that is how performance art should be done! Like a Virgin and Love Spent-old and new-are forceful, sad and devastating Madonna cautionary tales about lost innocence and love gone completely wrong. With Madonna Crying in Sad and Wet Tears, Her Dreams Have Been Irrevocably Shattered Beyond Belief. To quote Early Influence Elvis Costello, Madonna's Got a Sad Feeling and She's Gonna Get a Lot of Grief. Madonna is Beyond Belief and she's gonna have to live with that sadness the rest of her life-but that's OK. In the end, Madonna will have the chance again to reflect on what has got her this far in her life-The Lady will Live to Tell-and that's a Fact!
