I don't remember all this footage in the No Bull - themaking of Take a Bow. All that tortilla talk, going on about her French Twist - mmhmm. Seems like this is extra. Anyway, it's fab. She's gorgeous and those knockers. Fantastique!
weird. I have this taped on vhs and I have all that footage? Mine is MTV for Canada so maybe the Canadian version included all the footage? I remember thinking it was so odd to see her smoking in front of the camera.
I like that full-bodied laugh she has. She seems really happy here! I'm just guessing but maybe it's because (I think) she might have met the father of her first child around this time. New love makes you shine! And she seems like she's glowing. :)
This look was perfect for her,the hair, the make up,and the attitude. This and You'll see are my favorite things from that era.(well I'm a huge fan of You'll See,what a masterpiece.Song&video)
I've seen parts of that footage on MTV Europe in 1995. That "No Bull" was slightly different to the version that's been aired in the US. I've been to the house in Ronda - it's almost a ruin now and they're going to make a hotel out of it.
I'm headed off tomorrow for my London/Madrid vacation. While in Spain, I'm going to see a real bullfight. I'll be thinking of Take a Bow while I'm there.
how about that stylist offering to hold her gum?? what a loser! lol btw, love this era. bedtime stories was the first madonna album i bought with my own money =P
LOL she is hilarious in this interview. And a total pot smoker (those non-sequiturs!!).
But I love the last thing she says. It's a very smart and subtle remark after the interviewer's attempt of a joke. Unfortunately the video gets cut off too soon.
I remember seeing this, but can't recall if it was in the actual 'no bull' making of. Anyway I LOVE this Madonna.!!!!
ReplyDeleteSTUNNING
ReplyDeleteThis was most definitely extra footage. I love Liz shouting in the background about the gum! Haha.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed that very very much!!! Thank you XOXO

ReplyDeleteHot. I miss this Madonna look. Great music video and song.
ReplyDeleteWish M would stop trying to keep up with the young pop tarts and make a beautiful ballad again. Sigh.

ReplyDeleteThis is one of my all-time favourite interviews/mtv specials. She was hilarious, I always cackle at her 'Bodyguard' jube! Classic M!
